Hygiene & Safety
Due to personal and hygienic nature of our beauty and cosmetic products (including lip gloss and lipstick), we cannot accept returns on any open or used products. This ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging. In the same condition you received them. Free from damage, tampering, or signs of wear. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions
Certain items are returnable, including unopened or unused beauty products. Sale or discounted items. Gift cards and promotional items. Custom or personalized products.
Important: All sales on lip products are final once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
